Throttles, brake sensors, gear sensors, lights and displays on e-bikes use small round waterproof plugs, and the lead is often a few inches too short once a part is replaced or moved. This 2-pin extension cable adds reach: a female plug on one end, a male plug on the other, so it plugs in line between the part and its harness.
Key facts as stated by the manufacturer: 2-pin Julet-style round waterproof plugs, 50 cm or 80 cm overall length including the plugs, copper conductors with gold-plated contacts, waterproof rating IP65 to IP66 in different places in its specifications, rated 3 A. Choose the length with the selector above.
Check before you order: count the pins on your plug (this one is two-pin) and check which end is male and which is female. This cable does not change the pin count or the plug family, so it cannot adapt a Julet-style plug to an SM, JST or Bafang plug. Do not use it for motor phase wires.
Installation takes a few minutes: switch the battery off, unplug the part, plug the cable in line, push the plugs together until they click and tie the cable away from moving parts.
