Shipping policy
RideRow ships replacement e-bike parts from warehouses in the United States. We ship only to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.00.
- Replacement wheels: flat $22.05 standard shipping, to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to replacement wheels.
- Parts that ship from our partner warehouse (marked under Shipping on the product page): $18.99 standard shipping per order when your order total is under $70; free on orders of $70 or more. If an order under $70 also includes other parts, shipping is $26.99 ($18.99 + $8.00). Express shipping is not available for these parts. They ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only, not to Hawaii or Alaska.

Delivery
Parts in one order may ship in separate packages. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your destination, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking information is sent by email when it is available.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away; we cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
Damaged in shipping
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. If a part arrives damaged in shipping, email support@riderow.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the part and its packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping. See our Refund & Return Policy for returns.
