Warranty Support

Warranty Support — RideRow Is Your Advocate

Every e-bike sold on RideRow is backed by a warranty issued by the brand that manufactured it. RideRow is a multi-brand retailer, not the warranty issuer. What we do is stand in your corner: we help you open, document, and see through a manufacturer warranty claim so you are never left navigating it alone.

Who provides the warranty

The warranty on your e-bike comes from its original manufacturer. Coverage length, covered parts, and claim conditions are set by each brand and can differ from one model or component to the next. The exact terms live in the documentation that ships inside your box and on the manufacturer's own website. If you are not sure what applies to your bike, email us and we will point you to the correct terms for your specific model.

What "advocate" means here

  • We help you gather what a claim needs — order number, serial number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
  • We submit and track the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf and keep you updated.
  • We follow up if a response stalls, and we push for a fair, timely outcome.

We cannot change or expand a manufacturer's written terms, and we do not represent that coverage is broader than what each brand states. What we can promise is responsiveness: a real person who treats your claim as a priority.

Batteries and electrical components

Batteries, motors, controllers, and displays are covered according to each manufacturer's stated terms. Please keep your original purchase confirmation and register your bike with the manufacturer when registration is offered — it makes any future claim faster.

How to start a claim

Email support@riderow.com with:

  • Your RideRow order number
  • The bike model and, if you have it, the frame or battery serial number
  • Photos or a short video of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

We will confirm receipt, open the claim with the manufacturer, and stay on it until it is resolved.
