Parts Support & Fitment Guarantee
RideRow sells replacement parts for electric bikes. We do not perform repairs, and we do not take bikes in for service. What we do is make sure the part you order is the right one, and stand behind it if it is not.
Before you order: we confirm the fit
The most common problem in this category is not a faulty part — it is a part that does not fit. Send us four photos and we will confirm compatibility before you pay:
- Your display, showing the model markings
- The display connector, close up — pin count, colour, male or female
- Your controller, showing its label with voltage and current rating
- The motor cable where it leaves the axle
If you are replacing a wheel or motor, also measure the inside width between your rear frame dropouts. It will be 135 mm, 170 mm or 190 mm. These are not interchangeable.
If a part does not fit
If we confirmed a fit and the part still does not work on your bike, contact us and we will resolve it — either by identifying the correct part or by taking the item back. Return terms are on our Refund & Return Policy page.
If a part arrives damaged or dead
Email us with photos within the return window and we will replace it or refund it. Electrical components are tested before dispatch, but transit damage and early failures do happen.
About manufacturer warranties — read this honestly
Most replacement components in this category, including aftermarket controllers, displays and motors, do not carry a consumer-facing manufacturer warranty the way a complete bike does. Some of the parts we stock are for models that are discontinued, and for those the original factory support no longer exists at all.
So we do not claim coverage we cannot deliver. What you get from us is concrete: fitment confirmed before purchase, and a return window if the part is wrong, damaged, or dead on arrival. Where a component does carry manufacturer coverage, we will tell you and help you document a claim.
Installation is yours
These parts are installed by you or by a technician you choose. Our guides explain how, but the installation itself, and the decision to modify your bike, is your responsibility. Modifying an e-bike's electrical system can void any coverage the bike still has, and can change how the bike is classified where you ride.
Batteries
We do not sell batteries. Lithium battery faults should go to a qualified service centre.
