How to choose a replacement display
A display is matched by its model and protocol, not by the bike name or motor wattage. Find the model number on your current display (front bezel, back of the housing or a tag on the cable), count the pins on its plug, and check whether your controller uses KT, No.2, UART or another protocol. Two displays with the same plug can still fail on each other's bikes.
A multi-protocol display can be set to several protocols but still needs the right adapter cable and settings. For Bafang BBS mid-drives, check whether your system is the UART version before ordering a UART display.
Before you unplug anything: turn the bike off and remove the battery.
