Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Welcome to RideRow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RideRow website and your purchase of products from us. By using riderow.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read the Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration section below closely — it affects how claims between you and RideRow are resolved.

In these Terms, "RideRow", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the RideRow store; "you" refers to the customer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are buying for personal use or another lawful purpose.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We are a multi-brand e-bike retailer. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided by manufacturers and are believed to be accurate, but we do not guarantee they are error-free. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel an order at our discretion; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount you paid for the cancelled items.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and charge your payment method. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report visible freight damage promptly so we can help.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Manufacturer warranty

Each e-bike is covered by a warranty issued by its original manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms. RideRow is not the warranty issuer; we act as your advocate in submitting and tracking claims. See the Warranty Support page for details. Except as required by law, products are otherwise sold "as is".

7. Assumption of risk — e-bike safety

E-bikes are powered vehicles. Riding involves inherent risks, including injury. You agree to ride responsibly, obey all applicable local and state laws, wear appropriate protective gear, and follow the manufacturer's instructions. You are responsible for confirming where and how e-bikes may be ridden in your area.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content without permission. You may not resell products acquired from us as an unauthorized dealer.

9. Intellectual property

The RideRow name, site content, and layout are owned by RideRow or its licensors. Brand names and product marks belong to their respective manufacturers.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided without warranties of any kind from RideRow except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideRow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RideRow harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section closely. It requires you and RideRow to resolve most disputes through individual binding arbitration rather than in court, and it waives class actions.

  • Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, contact us at support@riderow.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter.
  • Binding arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Where and how. The arbitration may be conducted by phone or video, or in the state of your billing address, at your election. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Class action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and RideRow waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
  • 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@riderow.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
  • Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section above.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the "last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
