Before you order a motor extension cable

Count the pins on the plug where the motor cable meets the controller harness and match the male and female ends. The 9, 10 and 11-pin cables here are listed for different Bafang hub motors and are not interchangeable.

Before you unplug anything: turn the bike off and remove the battery.
