How to tell it fits your needs: e-bikes are heavy and valuable, so lock the frame, not just a wheel, to something fixed. A chain is flexible but can be cut; for longer stops, add a U-lock.
Not for: securing a bike by the wheel alone. Keep the spare key somewhere other than the bike.
