Replace a worn-out, cracked or flat-prone fat tire. This is a single 30 TPI fat bike tire with an open, aggressive knobby tread that the manufacturer describes as giving grip on hard surfaces and good mud clearing, for riding on street, trail, snow, sand and rough terrain. It suits front or rear wheels, and the listing says it fits bicycles and electric bicycles.

The manufacturer describes a carbon steel bead that lets the tire be folded for storage. Maximum inflation is listed as 20 PSI. Each order is one tire, with no tube or rim; sizes are 20 x 4.0 in and 26 x 4.0 in.

Check before you order: read the size printed on your current tire's sidewall and choose the same one. The listing does not give an ETRTO size or a rim width range, so confirm that your rim is a fat-bike rim made for a 4.0 in tire. You will need a matching tube, which is sold separately. Never inflate above the maximum pressure on the tire.

Fit the tire in the rotation direction shown on the sidewall, and check the tube and rim tape while the tire is off.
