This right-hand twist-grip shifter is listed as model SL-RS25 7R: 7 speeds, aluminum alloy construction with a powder-coated black finish, and a gear indicator so you can see the selected gear.
A twist-grip shifter replaces the right-hand grip: you turn the rotating sleeve to change gear, and it operates the rear derailleur by cable. The listing says it suits mountain, road, city and folding bikes.
Check before you order: this is a right-hand shifter for a 7-speed rear derailleur only. It is not for 6-speed or 8-speed systems, not for a front derailleur (the left side) and not for electronic shifting. Look at the right side of your handlebar: the shifter takes the place of the grip, so check the room between your brake lever and the end of the bar and the diameter of the bar. The listing does not give the bar diameter.
Set the cable tension at the derailleur once the shifter is fitted, so the chain lands cleanly in each gear.
