30A Sine-Wave Controller Kit with CS866 Color Display
Does it fit your bike?
- Fits 24 V, 36 V and 48 V brushless hub motors, with or without hall sensors (manufacturer-stated)
- Not for Batteries above 48 V
- Not for Mid-drive motors
This kit replaces the whole electronic control set on a hub-motor e-bike: a 30 A sine-wave controller, a CS866 color display, a throttle and a pedal-assist sensor in one pack. It is meant for conversions and for bikes whose old controller and display are both beyond repair.
Key facts as stated by the manufacturer: 24 V, 36 V and 48 V, 30 A, aluminum housing, works with hall and non-hall brushless motors using automatic motor phase learning, listed for 500 to 1800 W hub motors. The display shows speed, battery level and mileage, and settings such as wheel size (P06), voltage (P03) and assist levels (P05) can be changed. The display has a lighting wire rated 0.15 A at battery voltage, and the throttle mounts on either side.
Check before you order: all four parts come as a matched set, so it replaces your controller, display, throttle and pedal-assist sensor together. It will not mix with an existing display. Check your battery voltage and your motor's power rating, and make sure the plugs of your motor suit the controller wires; send us photos if you are unsure.
Installation is a full re-wire and takes about 1 to 2 hours. Disconnect the battery first.
