You cannot answer all questions? Send us your answers, a note and photos. We send you a short confirmation email. Then we look for the part for you and reply by email.

Photos that help us most:

  • The broken part, close up.
  • Its plug, straight on, so we can count the pins.
  • Any label: on the battery, the controller, the motor or the back of the display.
  • The whole bike from the side.

JPEG, PNG or WEBP. Each photo must be smaller than 10 MB. Show the labels, the connectors and the dropout with a tape measure.

    RideRow sells replacement parts and gives installation information. We do not perform repairs. You or a technician you choose installs the part.
