Use a multimeter to map which wire carries each phase, +5 V, ground, each Hall signal and any extra line, then join each one to the wire with the same function. Wire colors only help you tell the wires apart; they differ between makers. It suits people, or shops, comfortable with soldering or crimping. If you only need extra length, a female-to-male extension cable is the better part. The manufacturer does not state the plug shell family (Z910, Z916 and others exist), so compare the shell, the key and the gender with your own plug by photo.
